The Chocolates

All of our chocolates are handmade in the chocolate kitchen downstairs in our shop in Nottingham. We manufacture in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. The chocolates are made from finest Belgian couvature chocolate combined with other fresh quality ingredients to produce a broad range of taste, style and texture, please have a look at the Chocolate Menu below to find out more. 	Grenada A full earthy chocolate from the Caribbean made into a fresh cream ganache - simple my favourite!		Basil Milk chocolate ganache infused with basil for a mild herbal aroma
	Chilli Dark chocolate disks laced with ground chilli, rich and warming		Cinnamon Smooth milk and dark cinnamon ganache enrobed in milk chocolate, dusted in cinnamon powder
	Orange Peel Strips of candied orange peel double dipped in dark chocolate.

	Honey Praline Cream Subtle sweetness of honey in this creamy light/dark praline.		Ginger Spicy ginger double dipped in our rich dark chocolate.
	Marzipan Nutty marzipan enrobed in dark chocolate, topped with hazelnuts.		Mint Crunch Crunchy hazelnut pieces that burst with cool minty flavour.
