As standard we supply our Presentation boxes filled with a wide variety of our handmade chocolates. If you have any special requests please let us know below and we will do our best to meet them.
To place an order please complete this form and post it along with a cheque for the full amount (payable to Chocolate Utopia Ltd) to the address at the top of the page. Please include your name and full postal address on the back of your cheque. Chocolates will be sent by first class post following receipt of your cheque or on the date specified by you.
All boxes are sent by 1st class letter post and include a gift card if required. We cannot accept responsibility for damage in the post, nor for late delivery or non-arrival caused by factors over which we have no control.
